Why See a Podiatrist?
If you have feet, you can see a podiatrist. Anyone at any age can see a podiatrist for a variety of reasons. Sore feet/heels/ankles/knees, sports injuries, wounds, warts, toenail cutting, corns and callouses, footwear advice, and orthotic therapy are just a few reasons. Our podiatry clinic is equipped with a HICAPS facility to make claiming through your private health fund easy. It is not necessary to have a doctor's referral to have a consultation with a podiatrist, however we welcome GP referrals for DVA and Medicare patients under the Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program. We also offer pensioner consultation rates.
We stock Dr Comfort diabetic footwear and compression socks to complement custom-made orthotic devices. We also stock Vionic, Oofos, Revere, and Orthaheel footwear as well as Clarks school shoes. Please feel free to contact us for a brochure.
